The challenge
The M-Byte brought seven displays, ranging from 4 to 48 inches, into a single vehicle. The work was to turn an ambitious digital cabin into production-intended interfaces that accounted for ergonomics, safety constraints, technical limits, and different passenger needs.
The 48-inch Shared Experience Display sat beyond touch reach. Drivers and passengers needed to control its content through the steering-wheel and center-console displays, while keeping the overall system understandable.
My contribution
I worked on concept and production UI for more than ten in-car features, including charging, software updates, connectivity, seat settings, climate, navigation, and media.
For features including software updates, seats, radio, and connectivity, I worked across UX and UI: developing scenarios, user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes with product managers, developers, and solution architects.

From flows to feedback
I built low- and high-fidelity prototypes for design reviews, usability testing, and developer reference, and partnered with the research team on multiple rounds of testing.
For navigation, I worked with the provider’s UX and development teams to refine the interaction model and visual implementation through regular design reviews.
Consistency across the cabin
I contributed to the production design system by analyzing existing widgets, updating asset libraries, and documenting interface guidelines. This supported a shared visual language across features and globally distributed designers.
I also created the 3D visuals used in interfaces such as seats, climate, fragrance, steering-wheel adjustment, and profiles, selecting model perspectives, lighting, and shading before integrating them into the UI.
Delivery
My work extended from early concepts through production UI, prototypes, design-system documentation, and developer implementation support.
